Temporary Staff

The hiring of temporary personnel is a strategy by which companies employ temporary workers as an alternative to hiring permanent employees. Contingent workers are not on the company payroll but are provided by Petroman Energy and are our responsibility.

Our clients pay us, and we assume the hiring responsibilities.
